Julie Reyes is a native New Yorker, life-long Bronxite, and current Riverdale resident. Julie is presently a full time Realtor® at Grand Lux Realty and serves the neighborhoods in New York City, Riverdale, the Bronx, and Westchester County.

Julie is a past Board member and Admissions Chairperson of her residential Co-op. Julie was a scholarship recipient for a Master of Real Estate degree program with the National Association of REALTORS® – Realtor University. Throughout the year Julie also participates in numerous real estate seminars to keep up with real estate issues.

For the past 20 years, the Bronx Borough President has appointed Julie to serve as a volunteer Board member with Community Board No. 8 -Bronx. As a Board member Julie deals with a range of matters including housing, land use and zoning, and works with government agencies to improve the local delivery of services.

Julie's Co-op Board participation, continued education in real estate, and civic duties assist her in knowing the various communities and being continuously informed on the issues relating to the real estate consumer. Julie provides the finest service to her clients and customers, always having their best interest in mind.

During her spare time, Julie enjoys listening to an eclectic array of music, dancing, and experiencing adventures traveling with friends & family.

Julie is knowledgeable in the Spanish & English languages.
